Accommodation Riad Marrakech is a booking platform where customers through our website can make instant booking of luxury hotels and Riads in Morocco. These legal relations between the parties make the object of this convention which acts as law between the parties involved. (Business Registration Certificate IN MOROCCO nº397811 ). Our website, www.accommodation-marrakech.com , provides useful, updated and readily accessible information on luxury and character hotels in Morocco and also facilitates a convenient way for you to make your on-line reservation with such hotels ("Our Services"). It is important that you read and understand these terms before using Our Services. By accessing or using Our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which may be modified from time to time. We reserve our right to change these terms at any time and amendments will take effect when posted on this website. We only act as the intermediary between our website users and the participating hotels so we do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in your reservation. When you use Our Services to make a reservation, the contract is made directly between you and the hotel concerned.

The information contained in our website is provided and updated by the hotels from time to time and so while we will try our best to ensure that such information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information, nor can we warrant that access to our website will be uninterrupted or fault free. These terms and conditions are set out in English and frensh.

Booking / prices:

The prices on our Web site are per room in B&B, all taxes included. And are negotiated between us and the hotels, and are always the lowest or at the least the same prices as the public price of the hotels.

Some taxes such us the TPT (taxe promotion touristique) must to be paid in some hotels; in that case you will find it in the additional rate of the page of your hotel.

By clicking on the button “Book” the client automatically accepts the sales conditions of Accommodation Riad Marrakech and the booking and cancellation policies of its hotel. These conditions are mentioned on the page of the hotel on our web site.

The booking of the room becomes definite when the credit card of the customer has been debited. The booking is cancelled automatically when the credit card has been rejected or wasn’t valid, when it was impossible to debit the card or when the transaction was not validated by clickandbuy. Accommodation Riad Marrakech is not responsible in case the credit card has been used fraudulently.

When you make the on-line reservation you will have to provide our secures system of payment with your credit card information such as its number, expiry date, your name... when your reservation is confirmed, a guarantee deposit clearly displayed through the reservation process will be charged to your credit card in € Euros. If your reservation is not confirmed, your credit card will not be charged.

This deposit guarantee is included in the total price of the room. Accommodation Riad Marrakech will debit this amount from your credit card just to confirm the reservation. The remainder has to be paid directly to the hotel.

Accommodation Riad Marrakech sent to the customers after the reservation an email of confirmation, and so it is your duty to provide to us your accurate email address. This email will serve as proof of valid reservation and it will contain relevant information of the reservation and particulars of the hotel booked (address, telephone, email, name of the room…). Please read carefully all the information contained in our email of confirmation to ensure that they conform to your reservation. Accommodation Riad Marrakech is not responsible for mistakes on the voucher which have not been mentioned within 24hours after the reservation.

You are required to produce our confirmation email when you check in at the hotel.

If you don’t receive the email of confirmation within 3 working hours after the reservation you are obliged to contact Accommodation Riad Marrakech immediately via email at: booking@accommodation-marrakech.com .Normally the email should be send instantly & automatically after the reservation.

If Accommodation Riad Marrakech can not accept a reservation due to a mistake on the side of the hotels, Accommodation Riad Marrakech will propose a different equivalent offers to the client in the same category or cancel the reservation if can not find a hotel available for the client.

2- Responsibility:

Accommodation Riad Marrakech acts as an intermediary between our websites users and the hotels/transport, so we do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in your reservation. When you use our services to make a reservation, the contract is made directly between you and the hotel concerned or the transport booked.

Accommodation Riad Marrakech is just the reservation and payment platform between the two parties (the hotels/transporters and the customers) following the reservation and cancellation conditions accepted by the two parties. Accommodation Riad Marrakech doesn’t intervene in a conflict or in a lawsuit between the two parties relating to the execution of the contract, and can not be held responsible for accidents which happen during the stay, in that case the hotel & the transporters are solely responsible for accident and the delivery of a good service during the stay, they relieve Accommodation Riad Marrakech of all responsibility.

3- Cancellation:

All the hotels in our Web sites stipulate its own cancellation policies which are mentioned on the interface of the hotel on our Web site. Accommodation Riad Marrakech invites its customers to read all the conditions before making the reservation.

In case of cancellation, we suggest that you should promptly and directly contact us to minimize any penalty or charges payable.

These conditions will be applied in function of the local time of Morocco (GMT).

4- Confidentiality:

Accommodation Riad Marrakech guarantees not to give the personal data to third parties. The email address of the client is only used to send the email of confirmation, as well as the offers proposed by Accommodation Riad Marrakech in the new letter.

5- Security :

Accommodation Riad Marrakech adopts the SSL encoding protocols to secure and protect your credit card information with our partner Clickandbuy, which guarantees the security of your payment transaction via their encryption system SSL. If you are using a public computer for our services, you should sign out after you have finished using it.

6- Law applied:

In case of a lawsuit the Law Court of Marrakech and the Commercial Court of Marrakech are competent.
